Frank Capra's iconic holiday classic adapted for the stage. The setting is a radio station in the 1940s, where a costumed cast is assembled to reenact the story of George Bailey, who, one Christmas Eve, stands on a bridge wishing he’d never been born, and contemplating suicide. An angel shows Bailey how his town of Bedford Falls would have suffered had Bailey never existed. Live sound effects and an original score composed by Doug Robinson enhance the story. Chuck Rubin directs an all-star cast, featuring David Galitzky as George Bailey, Jocelynn Sunrise as Mary Hatch Bailey, and John Wharton as Mr. Potter.
